Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Helping to take ETHICS Group business in Germany to the next level by:
    • proposing new business opportunities
    • connecting colleagues with existing and potential new customers/partners
  • Support the development of creative strategies for growing ETHICS Group activities
  • Manage our portfolio of customers and partners, with a specific focus on new customers/partners and new business with existing customers/partners
  • Detect and assess new business opportunities via new contacts with potential new customer/partners; explore and mature the potential opportunities with colleagues in ETHICS Group
  • Support the development of a framework of offers with the ETHICS Group community
  • Support the ETHICS Group relationships with our main customers/partners
  • Represent ETHICS Group and build relationships and networks with existing and new customers/partners, local/regional business communities and networks, chambers of commerce etc
  • Support the preparation and animation of events organised by ETHICS Group with new customers/partners and the local/regional business communities
  • Support the development of visibility of ETHICS Group to a wide business community and enhance our position as a recognised partner for organisations and communities preparing their transformation in today’s social and economic context

Your experience and competences:

  • You have knowledge of the business environment in Germany and are able of to support the development of ETHICS Group activities in this context
  • A Master degree or equivalent and minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development and Project Management
  • High level of team spirit and sharing of ETHICS Group values
  • Good communication and presentation skills including an ease of contact with external partners and decision makers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to anticipate and react with a strong desire to succeed and to win new business
  • German as your native language with a professional level of written and spoken English. Knowledge of working in French is a “plus”.
